After two decades of working in many different aspects of the real estate industry, I dedicated myself to helping aging adults transition to the real estate setting that best suits their present needs and desires. I witnessed a need in the community to provide seniors with a full-service approach that includes packing, moving and resettling into a new home or community, selling unwanted household goods to offset costs and preparing the old home for sale. In my experience, these issues must be addressed and planned before most people are comfortable talking about selling their home of many years. In addition to helping clients with the sale of their home, my wife, Victoria, and I own Caring Transitions of Santa Clarita and San Fernando Valley and provide much need services to assist with right-sizing an the eventual sale of the home. In short, I am a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and I am a Certified Relocation & Transitions Specialist (CRTS).
